I don’t get why people are complicating yoga so much.  I teach vinyasa yoga. Do you want to limit yourself with just vinyasa? What about ashtanga, kundalini, etc. ?? They’re all the same. That is, every yoga that incorporates the breath with movement is a vinyasa. Kundalini, ashtanga, etc. are all types of vinyasa yoga. Sure they have different focuses (eg: sound mantras in...
